What is life?
If you have lots of work, you are messed up, if no work, you are worried.
If you are loaded with endless to-do list, you are over-whelmed and if you relax the entire day, you feel something is not on track.
What is the solution then: Solution is in balance and discipline. Life is all about balance. Life is all about discipline.
Here is my formula of balanced life
4 am to 8 am: Body, Mind and Soul.
4 am: Get up
4:15 to 5:45: Jogging 30 minutes, Body Stretching 15 minutes, muscle building 15 minutes, 9 rounds Surya Namaskar 15 minutes
5:45 to 6 am: Take bath
6 am to 7 am: Meditation (Padam Sadhna and Sudarshan Kriya)
7 am to 7:30 am: Power hour
7:30 am to 8 am: Fruits Breakfast. Listen to Bhagwad Geeta while eating.
Add Sun Gazing, Sun Bath as per the season and weather.
8 am to 6:30 pm: Work

Prioritise your list
Focus: use Promodoro Timer to work without distractions for 25 minutes. Repeat after 5 minutes break.
Take 5 minutes break every hour.
Avoid distractions-create a system to handle distractions.
Look at your accomplishments and celebrate that.
