  2. Push neck against hands pressure on all 4 sides, 1 by 1

  3. Shoulder rotation

  4. Wrist Rotation

  5. Throw hands from shoulder to front blowing air from nose

  6. Waist rotation

  7. Legs shoulder wide, bend left and right stretching arms and waist

  8. Rotate waist left and right throwing hands backwards

  9. Knees rotation

  10. Ankle rotation

  11. Half Kick

  12. Full kick

  13. Squeeze toes
