Responsibility C: Purchase & Procurement Coordination
Material Dispatch Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with the Purchase Department to align material sourcing and site dispatches with the execution schedule.
Contractor PO Management: Coordinate proactively with the Purchase Department to ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) for petty contractors are formally issued before they commence work on-site.
Responsibility D: Client & Process Management
Client Communication: Act as the primary interface with the client for all execution-related queries, updates, and site walkthroughs.
PSS Adherence: Ensure total compliance with the Process System Structure (PSS) across all managed sites, strictly enforcing standard operating procedures.
To evaluate the Project Manager's performance, the following metrics will be tracked:
On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of sites handed over on or before the committed client deadline (measuring speed).
Zero-Defect Handover Rate: Number of snag-list items at the time of client handover (measuring quality).
PSS Compliance Score: Audit scores reflecting how accurately PSS protocols and site documentation standards were maintained.
Procurement Alignment: Instances of site downtime caused by late material requests or delayed petty contractor PO issuances.
Client Satisfaction: Client feedback score regarding site communication and execution professionalism.
